Day 4 - Christmas Exercise Set 3
It's less Jingle Bells and more Kettlebells as our 12 Days of Kettlebells continues!
There's no time to rest as on the 4th day of Christmas, Kettlebell Kings gave to me:
- 8 single rack lunges each side
- 4 Half Kneeling Press Each Side
- 20 Russian twists
And as it's the 4th day of Kettlebell Christmas, let's do four rounds of these exercises!

The magic of a kettlebell workout is you don't have to jingle all the way to the gym, you can get your workout done at home - perfect when the weather outside is frightful!
