Roll fit and note the following tips:

Pain points do not edit too long and regulate body weight (approx. 20 - 30 seconds)

  • never roll directly into the pain zone but near the pain point
  • correct posture (this is improved and strengthened by every training session)
  • Roll more often per week for about 15 - 20 minutes (too long roles leads to pain)
  • Pay attention to your breathing and rolleremit too much pressure (it depends more on technology than on the pressure)
  • Rolling over joints can have a negative impact on well -being and is by no means recommended
